Quite an honor: Lt. Gov. Mike Stack presented a citation last week to George Richardson, who retired from the state Department of Military and Veterans Affairs as a Maintenance Repairman 2. Richardson worked at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory, 2700 Southampton Road. State Sen. John Sabatina Jr. also attended the celebration, which included food and cake.
