The crime occurred at about 2:25 a.m. when an unidentified man entered the 7-eleven at 5259 Oxford Ave., pulled a handgun from his waistband and said to a 35-year-old male clerk, “You know what time it is.” The employee surrendered an undisclosed amount of cash to the bandit, who ran southbound on Large Street toward Granite Street. No injuries were reported.

Police described the robber as black, in his early 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 150 pounds, with a black jacket, black hoodie, black pants and black shoes.
