The Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is investigating a claim by a 13-year-old girl that two boys sexually assaulted her last Wednesday in a Castor Gardens alleyway.
The girl reportedly told police that she was walking home from school on the 1400 block of Fanshawe St. at about 3:30 p.m. when the teen boys pulled her into an alley behind a row of homes and forced her to perform sex acts.

When a neighbor spotted the trio, the boys ran, police said. They were described as 14 to 16 years old and wore sweat shirts and sweat pants. ••
