Frankford resident Leon Brantley will present a black history and women’s history program from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, at Sankofa Freedom Academy’s upper school (formerly St. Joachim’s), Penn and Church streets.
Brantley expects local legislative candidates to be on hand for a meet-and-greet after the history presentation. ••
