A police investigation into a “Backpage” madam led Citywide Vice Unit investigators to a twin family home in Bustleton, where they arrested a 47-year-old alleged lady of the evening.
The raid occurred on Aug. 12 on the 1100 block of Bartlett St. at the home of Dina Boyko. The house is on a suburban-like residential street within yards of the popular Lackman Playground.
Police identified the location after responding to an ad on the aforementioned Web-based classified listing. Boyko alleged offered sex to an undercover police officer in exchange for money. She was charged with prostitution and solicitation. ••
