Rhawn Street from Bustleton Avenue to Large Street will be closed from 4 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28, to noon on Friday, Aug. 29, for street restoration, said Streets Commissioner David J. Perri.
The closure will allow Streets Department crews to make necessary roadway repairs to Rhawn Street.
Detour signs will be posted to direct motorists to Cottman Avenue during this closure. Local traffic will be permitted access to the community.
This work has been scheduled at the conclusion of the summer season when traffic volumes are low. ••
