An open discussion: Community Relations Officer Rich Simon from the 7th Police District greeted community members in the district’s second Coffee with a Cop event on July 16 at Dunkin’ Donuts in the Presidential Plaza, 9834 Bustleton Ave. As part of a public outreach effort, Simon and other officers will be available periodically to answer questions and concerns from the community.
