Turkey Day tradition: The Mayfair Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade took place Sunday, Nov. 20. Hundreds of people fought the cold weather and occasional snow flakes with warm beverages and blankets, while watching the parade. In addition to Santa, spectators were able to watch live bands, neighborhood schools, dancers from local dance studios, Mummers, military servicemen and characters dressed in costume march through the streets of Mayfair and Holmesburg.
