February was a busy month for Police Officers Andrew O’Hara and Christopher Toman … a very busy month.
During the 28-day period, they made five “part one” or major crimes arrests, along with four “part two” or misdemeanor arrests. They were also responsible for conducting 10 pedestrian investigations and 14 vehicle investigations while responding to 178 emergency calls. They issued nine parking violations and three traffic violations, while handling four requests for service from the city’s 311 system and conducting one SEPTA investigation.
For their efforts during February, O’Hara and Toman were named Officers of the Month for the 15th district.
In a nomination memo, their supervisor, Lt. Jose Medina, wrote: “Police Officers Toman and O’Hara always show excellent performance that is exemplary for other police officers.” ••
