Local Eagle Scouts soar: State Sen. Tina Tartaglione presented Senate citations to members of the Troop 290 Eagle Scouts during a ceremony on Sunday. Pictured are (from left) Jim Coughlin, Tartaglione, Dan Coughlin and Tony Peluzzo. Troop 290 is based at St. Cecilia’s. Founded in 1938, it has had 98 Eagle Scouts in its history.
