The meeting will feature a presentation of The Circus in Frankford.

The Historical Society of Frankford, 1507 Orthodox St., will present The Circus in Frankford on Tuesday, June 12, at 7:30 p.m.
The guest speaker will be historian Patty McCarthy, who will speak of John “Porgy” O’Brian, a local resident and organizer of circus shows in the 1860s.
Ring barns were built to house animals and give the acrobats and bareback riders a place to practice.
A salad and dessert social will begin at 6:30 p.m. Guests are invited to bring food to share.
