Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who indecently exposed himself on the 7300 block of Frankford Avenue July 31.
Police describe the offender as a white male standing between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet tall with a thin build. He has dark hair with a beard and moustache.
The man is considered to be armed and dangerous.
