Update: Disque has returned home, police said.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 66-year-old man who was reported missing Thursday afternoon.
Police said Walter Disque, who suffers from diabetes, hypertension and dementia, was last seen at 3:15 p.m. on the 3400 block of Fitler Street, which is not far from the intersection of Grant Avenue and Academy Road.
Disque is known to go to bowling alleys and to places with billiards tables and may be trying to drive to Pittsburgh, where he previously lived, according to police. He is driving a dark blue Honda Accord with the Pennsylvania tag number HLZ-1206.
Authorities described Disque as a 5-foot-8-inch man with a medium build and light complexion who weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket with a green Eagles helmet on the back, a black and white polo shirt, dark blue jeans, black sneakers and prescription glasses, police said.
