Autistic boy reported missing from Wissinoming

A 13-year-old boy with autism was reported missing Tuesday morning after he did not show up at Harding Middle School.

A 13-year-old Wissinoming boy with autism was reported missing Tuesday after he did not show up for school, police said.

He was last seen at 6:30 a.m. leaving his home on the 4200 block of Devereaux Avenue to go to Warren G. Harding Middle School, located at Torresdale Avenue and Wakeling Street in Frankford, authorities said.

Police described him as a 5-foot-2-inch Hispanic male with a thin build. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and light blue Champion sneakers.

Authorities did not release any additional information. ••
