Man killed in East Frankford shooting

A 31-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday night on the 4300 block of Milnor Street in East Frankford.

A 31-year-old man died Tuesday night after being shot on the 4300 block of Milnor Street in East Frankford, police said.

Officers responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m. and found several damaged vehicles. A man with bullet wounds to his torso was discovered in the driver’s seat of one of the cars, authorities said.

Police took the man to Temple University Hospital, and he died around 9:30 p.m., according to authorities.

A woman was trapped inside the front passenger seat of the car, police said. Officers helped her get out through the window.

NBC10 reported that the shooting stemmed from an argument between a boyfriend and an ex-boyfriend as a woman went to pick up her baby from the child’s father.

Homicide detectives are investigating the incident. No arrests have been made, authorities said.
