Police took the man to Temple University Hospital, and he died around 9:30 p.m., according to authorities.

A woman was trapped inside the front passenger seat of the car, police said. Officers helped her get out through the window.

NBC10 reported that the shooting stemmed from an argument between a boyfriend and an ex-boyfriend as a woman went to pick up her baby from the child’s father.

Homicide detectives are investigating the incident. No arrests have been made, authorities said.

Police did not release any additional information. ••
