U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-2nd dist.) recently traveled to Ireland with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to discuss Brexit issues. They walked the border in Belfast to demonstrate support for the Good Friday Agreement, a 1998 pact between the British and Irish governments, and most of the political parties in Northern Ireland, on how Northern Ireland should be governed. ••
