Two people have been arrested as part of an investigation into the death of a 70-year-old man, whose body was found Thursday in Frankford.
The body of Robert Derer was found inside a storage container in an apartment on the 1600 block of Fillmore Street after family members reported him missing, according to multiple media reports.
On Friday, authorities charged Andew Ciaccia, 25, and Vanessa Pena, 21, both of the 1600 block of Fillmore, with tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, abuse of a corpse and criminal conspiracy.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating Derer’s death. ••
