Detectives are investigating after a 17-year-old boy was shot early Sunday morning on the 7300 block of Castor Avenue in Rhawnhurst.
The teenager was shot in the hip just before 3 a.m., and a private vehicle took him to Jefferson Frankford Hospital, police said. He was later transferred to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital and listed in stable condition, according to authorities.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing with Northeast Detectives. ••
