A 32-year-old man was shot Friday night inside of an East Frankford tattoo parlor, according to police.
Authorities said the shooting occurred around 7:45 p.m. inside the shop on the 2100 block of Orthodox Street near Worth Street. The man was hit once in the left hand and once in the right arm.
He was transported by private vehicle to Jefferson Frankford Hospital and is in stable condition, police said.
Officers recovered a weapon at the scene, and investigators are looking at the vehicle that took the man to the hospital. No arrests have been made as of Tuesday.
6ABC reported that the 32-year-old was a shop employee and that the shooting transpired during an attempted robbery. ••
