Police are looking for a man and a woman who twice hid out in a Rhawnhurst Target until it closed and ransacked the store’s electronics department.

Both times, the pair entered the store at 7400 Bustleton Ave. and waited for the employees to close up for the night, authorities said. Then, they smashed locked glass cases and took headphones, video games and Apple products.
