Authorities say a man set fire to a trash can next to houses on the 900 block of Carver Street.

Police are looking for a man who set a fire next to houses on the 900 block of Carver Street in Summerdale.

The suspect is seen waving at a surveillance camera just before 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22. Then, he set fire to a trash can full of debris, police said.
