Yelena Nezhikhovskaya
A 63-year-old Bustleton woman was arrested Saturday and charged with murder in connection with the death of her adult disabled daughter nearly a year ago.
Yulia Nezhikhovskaya, 32, was found dead on the afternoon of Dec. 17, 2018, inside a residence on the 9600 block of Bustleton Avenue, authorities said. Police said she was a quadripilegic.

Her mother, Yelena Nezhikhovskaya, is facing charges of murder, drug delivery resulting in death, obstruction and false incrimination, according to court documents.
Police did not release a motive or any additional information on the case. 6ABC reported that investigators believe Yelena gave her daughter a lethal dose of drugs and alcohol. ••
