Scout Troop 449 gives back on Day of Service

Honoring the Day of Service, the Boy Scouts of Troop 449 from Philadelphia Academy Charter School gave back to the community on a cold and windy morning by cleaning up various park locations. The Scouts collected 60 bags of trash and a dozen tires in the areas of Pennypack Park, Bustleton and Grant avenues and Krewstown Road and Fuller Street.
