Police investigating burglary at Frankford auto shop

A man broke into an auto repair shop on Torresdale Avenue and stole thousands of dollars worth of power tools, police said.

Police are looking for a man who broke into a Frankford auto repair business last month and stole thousands of dollars worth of power tools.

The burglary happened at around 10:15 p.m. Jan. 1 when the suspect cut through a barbed wire fence to gain access to ESL Autoshop at 4164 Torresdale Ave., authorities said. He grabbed the tools and fled in an unknown direction.
