A man was rushed to the hospital last Wednesday after he was shot multiple times in broad daylight outside a Philadelphia Housing Authority development.
Officers at around 2:30 p.m. responded to the 1800 block of Herbert Court, which is within the Whitehall Apartments complex, and found a man with two gunshot wounds to his left thigh and another to his right thigh.
The man, who was described as 28 to 30 years old, was listed in critical condition at Temple Hospital following the shooting, authorities said.
No arrests have been made. ••
