John J. Dubyk

The Philadelphia Protestant Home Board of Directors has selected John J. Dubyk as the new president and CEO, effective July 1. Dubyk will take the reins from Anthony Manzo, who will retire on Aug. 31.

Board chairwoman Catherine Nemeth said, “John has the skills, background, determination and passion for the PPH mission that will be needed to lead us forward in the years to come.”

Dubyk completed both his degree in accounting and master’s in business administration at La Salle University. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and received a Certified Aging Services Professional certification. His 30 years of experience in senior living includes two stints with PPH, first as controller from 1989-95 and, since 2017, as chief financial officer. ••
