State Rep. Jared Solomon last week presented a citation to Anthony Manzo, who just retired as president and CEO of the Philadelphia Protestant Home.

Solomon explained that the citation is an appreciation of Manzo’s distinguished record of service.

The lawmaker said Manzo led by example, set the right tone and brought people together, adding that his legacy will be felt for decades. ••
