Police are investigating a murder on Friday on the 8800 block of Frankford Ave.

At about 5:54 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was shot multiple times throughout the body while sitting in her vehicle. She was transported by a fire department medic unit to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 6:27 p.m.
The victim was identified as Najeebat Sule, of the 8800 block of Frankford.
No arrest has been made, and no weapon recovered. ••
