The police Homicide Detectives Division is investigating a March 23 murder in Frankford.
Police said the incident took place at about 1:55 a.m. on the 4900 block of Penn St.
A 24-year-old black male suffered a total of four gunshot wounds to the nose, abdomen, right thigh and the right arm. He was transported by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:38 a.m.
No arrest has been made. A gun was recovered. ••
