Free food boxes at 8th Police District

The 8th Police District and the Police District Advisory Council will provide food boxes to people on Fridays, May 14 and 21, from 10 a.m. to noon.

People are invited to drive to the district, 3100 Red Lion Road (at Academy Road). The boxes will be placed in motorists’ trunks.

Boxes typically include meat, hot dogs, milk, potatoes, yogurt, cheese and apples, courtesy of Caring for Friends. ••
