A man was shot to death Monday afternoon in Frankford.
Officers from the 15th Police District responded to a report of a person with a gun at about 3:24 p.m. on the 4900 block of Charles St.
There, they found a man with gunshot wounds to the head and left leg. He was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:20 p.m.
Police identified the victim as Randy Davalos, 31.
No arrest was made, and no weapon recovered. There is no known motive.
The Homicide Detectives Division is investigating. ••
