East Stroudsburg University held celebrations to recognize and honor fall teacher preparation graduates from the Colleges of Education, Arts and Sciences, and Health Sciences. Students and their guests were treated to a buffet meal and given ESU Warriors shirts. After the meal, students participated in an inquiry presentation, presenting either their Student Learning Objectives or their professional website. Meghan James was among those honored. ••
York College students Justin Checchia, Jalil Dixon and Aaron Sin were named to the dean’s list for the fall semester. ••
Ericka Dudley completed the required coursework and graduated with an Associate of Arts – Liberal Studies from Mansfield University. She will participate in a commencement on May 14. ••
Ahmed Alnaser was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at University of Maryland Global Campus. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5. ••
A total of 345 students will receive degrees from East Stroudsburg University at the conclusion of the fall semester. They are Mohammed Ali (exercise science), Saiir Jackson (social work) and Meghan James (special education, PK-8/early childhood). ••
