Police have identified the man killed in a Tuesday morning shooting in Oxford Circle.
At about 8:44 a.m., 2nd Police District officers responded to a 911 call for a person with a gun on the 6200 block of Loretto Ave. An 18-year-old male was located inside a Chevrolet Malibu with gunshot wounds to the head.
Police transported the victim to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 9 a.m. The victim was identified as Levan Kennedy from the 1300 block of Passmore St.
No arrest was made, and no weapon recovered. Homicide detectives are investigating. ••
