Northeast resident Marianne Drumm, former Vice President of Internal Audit at TruMark Financial Credit Union, has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Risk Officer.
As Chief Risk Officer, Drumm will further develop the credit union’s Enterprise Risk Management program to support the strategic initiatives of the organization, ensuring the credit union is managing decisions in accordance with its values of integrity, service and soundness.
“Marianne is a pragmatic business leader, whose intellect is only matched by her dedication and compassion,” said CEO Kelly Botti. “She brings extensive experience in compliance, risk management and audit to the credit union’s executive team and will play a critical role as we continue to grow.”
Drumm has decades of banking experience and knowledge in risk management. In her previous position, she was responsible for the implementation, execution and management of the credit union’s risk-based internal audit function.
Prior to that, she managed the strategic direction and execution of risk management priorities in various roles. She is a graduate of Villanova University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in accounting.
Drumm is an active member of Financial Managers Society and in her free time organizes an annual fundraiser for PAWS for Autism. ••
