Albright College students and alumni recently unveiled designs on a New York Fashion Week runway. Local members of the crew were Deborah Choute, a graduate of Multi-Cultural Academy Charter School, and Kamiah Jean, a graduate of Dobbins. Choute is studying fashion, while Jean is studying design. ••
A senior at Albright College, Diana Theodore was one of nine Lions named to the Albright Homecoming Court for 2023. A graduate of George Washington High School, Theodore is majoring in Business Administration. Court members were recognized in front of students, parents and alumni during halftime of the Homecoming football game, Sept. 23. ••
Elana Kline was named to the Biola University (California) dean’s list for academic excellence. Kline, a Writing for Film & Television major, was one of about 1,500 students who were named to the dean’s list in spring 2023. Biola students are placed on the dean’s list to honor those with a GPA of 3.6 or higher while enrolled in 12 or more credits and whose cumulative GPA is at least 3.2. ••
Albright College students are competing as members of the Lions’ NCAA Division III varsity athletic teams this fall. Local football players are Allen Keshan, a graduate of Parkway Center City High School, and Knight Khani, a graduate of Abraham Lincoln. Both are studying sport management. ••
