• Felicity Osborne, a sophomore Public Accounting major, was among more than 590 students at Bob Jones University (South Carolina) named to the spring president’s list, which recognizes students who earn a 3.75 or higher grade point average for the semester.
• Southern New Hampshire University congratulates students on being named to the spring president’s list. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the term are named to the list.

• A total of 1,086 students received degrees from East Stroudsburg University during three commencement exercises in Koehler Fieldhouse. Diella Dreher is among those to graduate, earning a B.S. in Sport Management. A total of 818 bachelor’s degrees, 259 master’s degrees and nine doctoral degrees were awarded.
• La Salle University inducted 27 students into the Alpha Epsilon Honor Society, which was instituted at La Salle in 1936 to recognize “high scholarship in the pursuit of a Lasallian education together with exceptional participation in the extracurricular life of the University.” Included among the inductees were: Daniella Abel, a nutrition student; Stephanie Alampi, a biology student; and Jessica Perez-Salinas, an international relations student.
• Cassidy Clarke participated in the annual University of Pittsburgh Model European Union simulation hosted by Susquehanna University. The students passed several resolutions pertaining to the war in Ukraine and sustainable agriculture.
• Alvernia University celebrated more than 550 students in the Class of 2025 at the Santander Arena in Reading. Mayor Cherelle Parker was among the speakers. Local graduates were Rawan Qays (degree in Healthcare Administration), Kathryn Shields (Master of Science in Occupational Therapy), Collin Shorten (degree in Forensic Science) and Ciera Square-Taylor (degree in Healthcare Science).
• Washington College (Maryland) congratulates Jess Barr for being chosen as a 2025 Explore America Summer Internship recipient. Barr is one of 26 students participating in the internship program this summer and will be heading to work at the Delaware Center for Horticulture.

• Pennsylvania Western University announced that Emily Farley was named to the spring dean’s list. Farley, who studies at the Edinboro Campus, was among nearly 3,000 PennWest students recognized for outstanding academic excellence during the spring semester. To attain the academic honor, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.4 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 graded credit hours. ••
