Hunter, of Wissinoming, was gunned down inside a store on the corner of Torresdale Avenue and Anchor Street around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 10. He was shot multiple times and transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he died a short time later.

Sherfield was taken into custody on April 12, and MacGregor was arrested Wednesday, April 17, police said.

The fatal shooting occurred about an hour and a half after 56-year-old Michael Gleba was hit by a stray bullet and killed outside his auto repair shop nearby at the intersection of Benner and Edmund streets.

There has been no word on any arrests in connection to that case. ••
