Police released video of a man who said he would shoot employees if they did not give him money.
Police are trying to identify a man who attempted to rob the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 813 Adams Ave.
Police say he entered the store at 8 a.m. on March 25 and sat at a table for several minutes before approaching a 22-year-old female employee at the counter.
He told the employee he needed $60, and that he had a gun and would start shooting if he didn’t get the money. The video shows there were other customers present when he made the threat.
When an employee pulled out her phone to call 911, he turned around and walked out of the store without taking any money. He was last seen heading toward the Boulevard.
Police describe him as a Hispanic male between 20 and 30 years old with a medium complexion and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds with a thin build. He was wearing a dark colored puffy jacket, a black knit hat and blue jeans.
Police advise anyone who sees the man to call 911. Anyone with information should contact Northeast Detectives at 215–686–3153/54.••
