A 26-year-old man was stabbed to death early Tuesday morning in Holmesburg, according to police.
Officers responded to the 4600 block of Kraydor Street for a report of a man with a gun and instead found Bryant Davis, who lived on the block, suffering from multiple stab wounds to the head, neck and chest. He was pronounced dead just after 12:30 a.m., police said.
Some media reports indicated investigators believed the man may have been involved in an altercation at a nearby bar, but a police spokesman said that information is not confirmed.
No one has been arrested in connection with the stabbing, and police did not provide any suspect description. ••
