He is a happy-go-lucky guy who loves toys and will leave you smiling.

Handsome Clifford is hoping for a forever home with humans to love him.

Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Swiss was rescued from a very busy intersection when he strayed into a friendly gentleman’s arms. He is in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue

Swiss is affectionate and doting of people. He likes to be with people working at their desk or on the couch watching TV. He would be best as an only pet. He gets along well with children.

Swiss, 4, is neutered and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

For more information, to fill out an application, to volunteer at one of NAR’s three Pet Valu locations or learn about the seventh annual Pastabilities for Pets on Oct. 12, visit nar.rescuegroups.org. ••
