Spectator guide available for PGA Championship

The PGA of America is expected to welcome more than 200,000 spectators for the PGA Championship, May 11-17, at Aronimink Golf Club, in Newtown Square, Delaware County. The official Spectator Guide for the 2026 PGA Championship, outlining how attendees and residents can plan for championship week, is available at pgachampionship.com/spectator-guide.

The guide provides details on parking, transportation, road closures and course access, along with an overview of the spectator experience.

“The 2026 PGA Championship will bring together the world’s top golfers and attract spectators from across the country and around the globe, while also leaving a meaningful impact on the local community,” said Jackie Endsley, Championship Director of the 2026 PGA Championship. “We’re essentially building a temporary city at Aronimink, with carefully coordinated transportation, infrastructure and services, and the Spectator Guide is designed to help both attendees and residents navigate Championship Week and plan ahead.”
During championship week:

• There will be no on-site parking available at Aronimink Golf Club

• SEPTA Regional Rail to Paoli Station with shuttle service is the primary transportation option

• Road closures and restricted access will be in effect throughout the week

• The PGA Championships app for iOS and Android is essential for tickets, navigation and real-time updates

• All on-site purchases are cashless, with mobile and card payments accepted

Spectators are strongly encouraged to utilize SEPTA Regional Rail service to Paoli Station, where continuous shuttle service will transport attendees directly to the entrance, with expanded service throughout the week.

Rideshare services will utilize a designated lot at 15 Campus Blvd. in Newtown Square, with shuttle service to the course.

Spectators driving must use one of two pre-paid public parking lots, each with shuttle access to Aronimink Golf Club. Parking passes must be purchased in advance through SeatGeek.

Road closures and access restrictions will also be in effect throughout the week, with no street parking or spectator drop-offs permitted in areas surrounding the course.

Spectators should plan to use mobile tickets for entry and cashless payment methods throughout the grounds. The PGA Championship’s mobile app will allow spectators to access mobile tickets, view real-time course maps, track player locations and follow live scoring throughout the day. Complimentary Wi-Fi and mobile charging stations will be available throughout the grounds.

At the PGA Swing Analysis, attendees can receive personalized instruction from PGA of America Golf Professionals. The Twilio Leaderboard Lounge will feature games and real-time championship updates.

Spectators can take photos with a replica Wanamaker Trophy and test their skills in simulator challenges like the American Airlines Longest Drive.

The 2026 PGA Championship is projected to generate more than $125 million in economic impact while drawing visitors from across the country and around the world.

“This is a scale of event that will be felt across the entire region,” said Larry Needle, executive director, PHL Sports. “The 2026 PGA Championship will drive meaningful activity for hotels, restaurants and local businesses well beyond the course, while showcasing Philadelphia to a global audience. The Spectator Guide ensures both visitors and residents can plan ahead and be ready for an exciting week.”
