Police are investigating after a 30-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday night in Frankford.

The victim was shot in the buttocks around 8:47 p.m. on the 1800 block of Gillingham Street and was transported to Jefferson Frankford Hospital in a private vehicle, authorities said. He is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made. The incident is being investigated by Northeast Detectives. ••
