The Mayfair Business Improvement District and Community Development Corporation on Sunday held their annual Christmas Village & Tree Lighting at Frankford and Ryan avenues.

The event featured 40-plus vendors, live music, face painting, food, drinks, appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, Miss Philadelphia, Councilman Bobby Henon, state Reps. Mike Driscoll and Joe Hohenstein and city elections commissioner Lisa Deeley and a chance to donate to Toys for Tots.

Bob Domanico, owner of Pat’s Music, had the honor of lighting the tree. ••
