Council Rock North entered the contest hoping to turn the tide after dropping eight straight games, including a 60-47 loss to Constitution.
Northeast, fresh off a dominant 62-38 victory over Boys’ Latin Charter the previous day, aimed to extend their winning ways.

The Indians continued to capitalize on their home-court advantage and pushed their lead to 29-8 by halftime.
But then, Northeast showed signs of life in the second half, particularly in the third and fourth quarters, where they outscored Council Rock North 19-12 and 21-10, respectively.
Though they gave their best efforts, the Vikings couldn’t close the gap in the final moments.
Council Rock North held on to win 51-48 and secured their first victory of the season.

Northeast, meanwhile, drops to 3-3 on the season after the narrow defeat.
