The Register of Wills office will hold a pop-up event on marriage records on Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the office of City Councilman Mike Driscoll, 7552 Frankford Ave.
The event will help guests with applications for certified copies of marriage records and Real ID.
Checks can be made payable to “City of Philadelphia.” ••
