Other people’s money
What’s with the Philadelphia school district running television ads. Don’t they know that in the majority of the city they have a captive audience. They control the number of charter schools and limit their enrollment. So why are they paying for expensive television ads to sell a product that most people have to buy into anyway. It’s also pathetic the way they are showcasing nice, clean, shiny schools in the ads. They must be television sets. They waste taxpayers’ money in these ads. Meanwhile they keep delaying the consolidation of school programs when they could save tons of money by consolidating employees and getting rid of static bills. I guess it’s easy to spend other people’s money. I wouldn’t know.
