ATM skimming device found on Rhawnhurst ATM

Police are looking for two men who attached a skimming device on an ATM on June 27, compromising many users’ cards.

Police are looking for two men, pictured above, who attached a skimming device and camera to the ATM located at the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union at 8025 Roosevelt Blvd. on June 27.

The men attached the skimmer between 6:31 and 6:33 a.m. that day, and police say multiple PFCU members who used their cards subsequently had their cards compromised.

Based on the ATM registry report, a person who used the ATM at 6:30 a.m., before the device was installed, did not have their card compromised.
