Police are looking for a driver who critically injured a 4-year-old with their vehicle and fled the scene on the 6600 block of Keystone Street.
On Aug. 16 at 9:10 p.m., a silver Honda Accord with tinted windows was traveling northbound on Keystone Street when it struck the child.
The vehicle was last seen turning eastbound onto Longshore Avenue. Video shows the driver ignoring street signs as it drives.
