City Councilman Allan Domb recently presented a check for $2,500 to Warren G. Harding Middle School, at Torresdale Avenue and Wakeling Street in Frankford.

With its check, Harding will purchase class sets of Bluford series reading books.
As part of Domb’s 2015 campaign, he promised to donate his Council salary to the School District of Philadelphia. ••
